Global Reach

Asia and the Pacific

Overview

Spanning diverse economies, geographies, and cultures, the Asia-Pacific region is home to more than 60% of the world’s youth and some of the fastest-growing innovation hubs. From Australia to Vietnam, each country faces unique challenges, including rising unemployment, education gaps, and mounting climate risks.

For over 60 years, United Way has worked across the region to develop scalable solutions that improve lives. Through a focus on education, innovation, and sustainability, United Way is helping communities adapt, thrive, and build a more resilient future.

I think United Way has this unique, powerful balance of being deeply rooted in history, but also boldly looking forward to the future.
