At United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, we work every day to break the cycle of hardship that affects 40% of our family, friends, and neighbors and build a strong, equitable Erie County – one that is resilient in times of emergency and beyond.
Through United We Prepare, we're giving away free Disaster Resiliency Kits and hosting Preparedness Workshops across Erie County.
Our goal is to distribute 3,800 Disaster Resilience Kits and provide hands-on workshops that help participants create an emergency plan, learn how to use the kit, and prepare for future emergencies.
