United Way Worldwide Supported Events

United Way Worldwide supports conferences, events, and trainings hosted by United Ways that foster learning, skill development, and collaboration.

United Ways collaborate to host events that are vital to strengthening our network through learning, skill development, and sharing of best practices. United Way staff, volunteers, supporters, and partners are invited to join these events.

Coming together as a network to learn, share and rejuvenate is an essential part of delivering our impact in communities around the world. Conferences, events, and training solutions allow for the sharing of best practices through a multitude of formal and informal engagement opportunities that strengthen us as an interdependent network. These events provide the opportunity for United Ways and their partners to transform lives and communities while inspiring millions of people to work with us, volunteer, or donate.

Advocacy Forum
April 27 - 29, 2026

Advocacy Forum & Capitol Hill Day

This is United Way Worldwide’s signature annual public policy and advocacy event. Leaders from local and state United Ways, state associations, 211s, and partners will gather to receive policy updates and advocacy training, as well as share best practices for both policy work and policymaker engagement. Great Rivers Conference

The Great Rivers Conference is known for its accessibility, usability, and ingenuity. Bringing together 300+ United Way professionals and volunteers from across the Midwest, the four-day conference is a forum for information exchange, learning and relationship-building.

Southeast Regional Conference

SERC is a four day conference, offering training on resource development, leadership, marketing, and more! Participants will network with other United Way professionals, share ideas, celebrate achievements, and gain inspiration to take back to their local communities.

Northeast Regional Conference

The United Way Northeast Regional Conference is an exciting NEW opportunity for United Way professionals and volunteers. The conference will bring together 250+ attendees for three days of learning, idea exchange, and relationship-building.
