thrHiver Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs any use of and/or activity in thrHiver. We seek to make thrHiver a positive and safe experience for all, open to the free sharing of diverse ideas and perspectives in a professional setting. Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in your removal from the thrHiver community.
Expected Behavior
We expect all users of thrHiver to:
- Be welcoming.
- Be kind.
- Look out for each other.
Unacceptable Behavior
ThrHiver expects everyone using the platform to adhere to a few basic rules:
- No misrepresentation of your identity or impersonation of any person or entity; be yourself.
- No misappropriation of ideas: All material that you produce or upload must be used with permission and attributed to the owner or must be your original content or idea. Material submitted must be your own work or work to which you have a license.
- No disrespect: Ideas and comments may be controversial at times or even factually incorrect. It is expected community members will always engage in a respectful manner.
- No misinformation: You are encouraged to respectfully call out or challenge information that may not be factually accurate.
- No intimidation, harassment, or attacks of a person or a community based on attributes such as race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, or disabilities.
- No violence, threats of violence, or threats of harm.
- No violation of laws and/or governmental regulations, including, but not limited to, all intellectual property, data, privacy, and export control laws, and regulations promulgated by any government agencies.
- No viruses, malware, phishing, or spam.
- No reverse engineering of the platform to circumvent security or other controls designed to protect individual’s safety or privacy.
- No interference with or disruption of the operation or integrity of thrHiver or any information, data, content or other materials available on or through thrHiver.
- No advertising: You shall not use thrHiver to sell or market your services and/or products to others.
- No uploading or linking to thrHiver any harmful or malicious technology, including malware, that unlawfully accesses information owned by UWW or any third party. · No inappropriate attention or contact. Be aware of how your actions affect others. If it makes someone uncomfortable, stop.
- No doxing another person, or posting content that includes another person’s private or personal information, including but not limited to thrHiver profile information, images, personal phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, and Social Security numbers.
- No violation of the Terms and Conditions to ThrHiver.
- No authorizing, permitting, enabling, inducing or encouraging any third party to do any of the above.
UWW, in it sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right, but not the responsibility, to remove or limit access to thrHiver or content if we believe you may have violated this Acceptable Use Policy or applicable laws or regulations. UWW may remove (and/or contact your organization) or limit access to any of your data or content without giving any prior notice to the user unless prohibited by law. Termination of your account due to a violation may happen immediately and without notification depending on the issue.
Reporting and Questions
If you feel that a community member may be in violation of this policy, please provide details to the thrHiver Administration via the Report Community Misconduct form housed in the Support Center.
