Are you ready to take the next step and partner with one of the world’s largest nonprofits? Please review the Corporate & Cause Partnership Fact Sheet before inquiring with our team.
These guidelines are based on industry best practices and landscape analysis. Providing them to potential partners upfront helps ensure stronger alignment and more productive relationships. Please note a few highlights:
- United Way Worldwide, national, and most multi-market partnerships require a minimum investment. The donation amount will be determined based upon the nature of the partnership, promotion, geographic reach, benefits delivered, expectations of both parties and other parties. Donations from employees through workplace-based employee campaigns may not be considered part of a minimum investment.
- Event sponsorships have different investment levels.
- Marks and messaging of United Way Worldwide are not permitted to be used by a company without a written letter of agreement/contract.
- Some partnerships are best suited for a local United Way and will be directed that way as necessary.
