Siobhan Harman has a passion for real estate and a passion for elevating the careers of women and young people entering the work force.
She works for Principal Asset Management and is on the east coast private equity real estate acquisitions and dispositions team. She has enjoyed a 30-year career in commercial real estate working in multiple markets.
Siobhan is a graduate of Boston College, has an MBA from Suffolk University, and has 4 real estate designations. She is a graduate of the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute and was 40 under 40.
She is an active volunteer in her community and is a public speaker on topics such as negotiation skills for women, interview and salary negotiation skills, and how to leverage nonprofit experience for that next big job.
