Patrice Maloney-Knauff

Patrice Maloney-Knauff is a recently retired corporate investment attorney with over 37 years of experience.  Patrice worked as Corporate Counsel, Investment and Business Transactions, at Allstate Insurance Company, and as Counsel at The Wagner Law Group, specializing in investment and securities law, focusing on investment management, ERISA plan investing, derivatives, and corporate structures.  Patrice also has extensive experience serving as counsel and secretary to investment committees, focusing on committee governance and fiduciary matters.

Patrice has been a Women United member with United Way of Lake County since 2006, joined the Steering Committee in 2008, and served as Chair in 2010-2015 and again in 2017-2020.  Patrice serves as a member of the United Way of Lake County Board of Directors, serves on the Executive Committee and the Investment Committee, and chairs the DEI Committee.

Patrice has also volunteered and served on several local youth and high school sports boards and committees, plus serves as Counsel to the MainStreet Libertyville organization.
