Pamela Montana
Council Member, Women United Global Leadership Council
Educational Liaison for the County of San Bernardino Children and Family Services
Raised in San Bernardino, CA, Pam has dedicated her professional career to strengthening relationships in the community and capacity-building through her work with youth and young adults. Montana said she was molded by community mentors and her family’s emphasis on hard work, lifelong learning, and community care.
Montana is currently an Educational Liaison for the County of San Bernardino, Children and Family Services. She works with school districts, social workers, caregivers, and community partners advocating for foster youth. Prior to joining the county, she was a bilingual elementary teacher for the San Bernardino City Unified School District.
Montana is actively involved in her community of San Bernardino. She serves on several boards including as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors for Arrowhead United Way and Vice President of the San Bernardino Valley College Foundation. She is also a board member for the Home and Neighborly Service and serves on the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Informational Committee, where she actively supports efforts to strengthen public safety and community engagement. She was recently elected as Vice-Chair of Membership for the San Bernardino Symphony Guild. With great humility, she is honored to have been selected as a member of the Women United Global Leadership Council (WUGLC) where she contributes to advancing the role of women in philanthropy and leadership worldwide.
A dedicated community leader, she is the past president of Kiwanis of Greater San Bernardino and a former board member of Susan G. Komen. She continues to support Komen’s mission by raising awareness and advocating for breast cancer survivors.
Montana lives in San Bernardino, CA with her dog Max and remains committed to making a lasting impact in the community she loves so deeply.
