Pam Beall Hill is the Director of Development for the Council Bluffs Schools Foundation, where she leads donor engagement, fundraising strategy, and community partnerships to support students, educators, and families across the district. Known for her strategic mindset and commitment to impact, Pam has helped grow the Foundation's reach through innovative campaigns and relationship-driven development efforts.
A longtime advocate for women and families, Pam is the former Chair of Women United for the United Way of the Midlands, where she helps lead engagement, giving, and impact strategies for the organization's female leadership network.
Prior to her role at the Foundation, Pam spent over a decade in community engagement and event leadership. Earlier in her career, she held marketing and national event planning roles with Securities America Inc., where she managed large-scale conferences and developed strategic sponsor partnerships.
Pam has been an active community leader throughout her career, serving on numerous nonprofit boards including United Way of the Midlands (Board of Directors and Chair of Women United), Boys & Girls Club of the Midlands - Westside Advisory Board, PACE/Hoff Family Arts & Culture Center Board, and the Iowa Western Community College Alumni Board, where she served as president. She and her husband have chaired major philanthropic events including the Iowa Western Black Tie Scholarship Gala and PACE Interactive, and is known for her ability to bring people together around causes that matter.
She lives in Omaha, Nebraska and is the proud mom of five and grandmother of two. In her free time, Pam enjoys attending live music events, spending time with her family, and supporting local arts and education initiatives.
