LaDawn Naegle

EVP, Chief of Staff and Administration

LaDawn serves as Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff and Administration at United Way Worldwide (UWW), leveraging decades of experience to guide organizational strategy and planning, performance management, policies and procedures, and executive leadership, and she is the staff lead to the Network Advisory Council.

Before joining UWW, LaDawn served as a leading partner at an international law firm, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, where she specialized in strategic planning, revenue diversification, wellness, and DEI initiatives. As a corporate attorney, she has worked with committees and leadership teams on various corporate, compliance, and risk management initiatives.

LaDawn holds a bachelor’s in Political Science and Government from the University of San Diego and a juris doctor degree from George Washington University National Law Center. She has served as a Board member with Washington Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Urban Affairs and was awarded the YWCA National Capital Area Woman of Achievement Award.
