Jenny Holsman Tetreault

Jenny Holsman Tetreault currently serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for TPI Composites, a global wind-blade manufacturer with locations throughout the United States, Europe, China, India, and Mexico. She is responsible for the company’s global anti-corruption program, litigation, mergers and acquisition, HR and employment matters, supply chain and procurement, commercial and contract negotiation, Field Services, IT, ESG, and domestic/international regulatory compliance.

Jenny is very active in the community and currently serves as the Past Board Chair for Valley of the Sun United Way (VSUW) and the current Board Chair for the Herberger Theater. She serves on the Board of Directors for many local organizations, including Teach for America, the Cactus-Pine Council of the Girl Scouts, Ballet Arizona, the YMCA, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona, The Nature Conservancy, and the Phoenix Library Foundation. She also serves on the Business Advisory Council for New Pathways for Youth, and is a proud member of the Junior League of Phoenix, ASU President’s Club, ASU Women & Philanthropy, and VSUW’s Tocqueville Society and Women United.

In recognition for her work in the community, Jenny was named as the Corporate “Organization Advocate of the Year” by the Phoenix Business Journal in 2021 and as one of the “Most Influential Women in Business” for 2020 from AZ Business Magazine. Additionally, she was a “Spirit of Philanthropy” recipient by the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2018 and was recognized as one of the “Top 10 (National) Attorneys under 40” by the Association of Corporate Counsel in 2017.

Most importantly, she is surrounded by an incredible team, including her husband Colin Tetreault, her nine-year-old son (Connor), and her six-year-old daughter (Madeline). They love spending time in nature, supporting arts organizations, the ASU Sun Devils and Syracuse Orangeman, volunteering together, enjoying incredible food, traveling, and exploring the world seeking their next adventure.
