During the first panel, speakers provided a snapshot of the extensive work that’s already underway, ranging from law enforcement, survivor engagement and private sector partnerships. Conclusively, to scale efforts, approaches must be multi-pronged, including all actors by building resilience through a movement, leveraging our current assets, and working collaboratively with the private sector to make this issue a priority. As Ma. Cecelia Flores-Oebanda, Voice of the Free, pointed out, ‘The enemy is always innovating’, stressing the importance of implementing adaptable solutions.
