Since 2016, United Way has helped hundreds of Cummins employees in Canada and the U.S. give students an extra boost. Employees have built school supply and hygiene kits, distributing them to elementary schools, youth centers, the Salvation Army and shelters.

New school supplies can give students confidence and motivate them to do well in school. That’s why and Cummins and United Way partner across the U.S. and Canada to engage employee volunteers in simple, fun projects to help students succeed in school. Volunteering helps build a sense of community, fosters team spirit -- and makes a difference for students whose families may not be able to afford school supplies. Read more about it here.
