Lemieuxa rookie offensive guard from Oregon who has never missed a football practice in his life, also wore United Way on his cleats. Lemieux’s cleats featured gold on the top of the foot, with United Way scrolled across the ankle.

The New York Giants give back to the community by committing themselves by using a unique Team of Teams approach. Each player on the Giants is part of a smaller team that focuses on making one aspect of their community a better place. Carter and Lemieux are part of the team that supports United Way of New York City, which has worked with the Giants on projects such as Character Playbook appearances and the annual Gridiron Gala with the New York Jets.
