Alana Kroeber is United Way of Connecticut’s 211 Director of Information Services. Throughout all that 2020 has had for the world, Kroeber has helped keep the people of Connecticut informed on COVID policies and changes. Not only does she update on policies, but she provides information on COVID testing and soon to be available vaccines as well.
She has worked long hours to make sure that everyone has the information and resources that they need, as well as using her strong networking skills to get the word out quickly and efficiently. 2020 has been an extremely difficult year for so many, and Kroeber has used her determination and passion to help the people of Connecticut in a positive way.
