Suneeth is a founding partner of IndusLaw which is one the fastest growing law firms in the country earning a reputation for the quality of the work and its lawyers. Suneeth has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity investments. He also advises clients on joint ventures, corporate restructurings, arrangements amongst shareholders, and complex schemes involving all of the above. He also does a significant amount of work in the general technology regulatory and advisory space including data privacy, consumer technology, and fintech.
