Linda is Chief Operating Officer, IBM Global Asset Recovery Services, a technology leader in smarter and sustainable IT lifecycle management & value recovery. She engages in accelerating technology, business, & social transformations for our clients & employees. In this position, Linda is responsible for business process transformation and solution delivery, organization development, enabling global client experiences, and implementation of best practices in achieving sustainability goals.

Since joining IBM, Linda has held executive and leadership positions in sales, business and supply chain operations, business development, business & process transformation, offering development, strategic alliances, and information technology. Before her current position, she was Vice President GARS, North America. Linda seeks out opportunities to lead business and process transformation enabled by technology and developing emerging business opportunities, particularly in enabling enterprise achievement of sustainability and environmental goals. Linda leverages her expertise in organization development and agile methods.

Linda received her Master of Business Administration in Economics from New York University while working full time and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering from Syracuse University.

Linda is married and raising an awesome teenage daughter in Severna Park, Maryland. She gives her time and talents to fostering leadership, growth, and well-being in women and youth as an: IBM mentor & coach; IBM Pathways in Technology (P-Tech) internship sponsor & mentor; United Way –Central Maryland Women United Executive Board Chairman, Women United Global Leadership Council member, and Tocqueville Society donor; Saint Mary’s Annapolis Catholic Church second grade catechist; US Pony Club – Saint Margaret’s Pony Club Treasurer; and Destination Imagination elementary school coach. She enjoys traveling, water sports, golf, cooking, and entertaining with friends & family, and is an avid reader and perpetual student.
