With Synchrony's support, United Way and 211 are working to pilot innovative approaches to preventing homelessness in three U.S. communities. The pilots all leverage the 24/7 resource that is 211 -- which 12-14 million people in the U.S. contact every year for help -- to help communities link people with critical resources before they get evicted or end up in shelters.
