For more than 40 years, L Brands has remained dedicated to improving the communities where they do business. L Brands is focused on making a positive difference in the lives of their associates, their customers and the global community at large. At the heart of their efforts to support the global community are their strong relationships with partners like United Way.

In 2014, L Brands associates raised more than $8 million—with the company matching their donations—to support United Way ‘s work in the communities where they live and work. Since 1997, L Brands and its associates have raised more than $118 million for the United Way of Central Ohio.

Beyond their financial gifts to the United Way, associates give their time and talent through L Brands’ community workdays. In 2014, their executive leaders and associates donated more than 50,000 volunteers hours in the United States, Canada and Asia in partnership with non-profit agencies such as United Way. During these volunteer opportunities, associates roll up their sleeves and see first-hand the difference that their donation of time and money makes—for their families, their friends, their neighbors and themselves.
