United Way-branded products are a great way to add impact to events and campaigns, and can be used through the year. They can be given out to all employees, to departments, to affinity groups, or to any special segment inside your corporate community. Whether generating awareness, recognizing contributions, or thanking volunteers, branded products can be an effective compliment to your employee-engagement strategies.

The primary resource for branded products is the United Way Store (operated by Staples Promotional Products). A secondary resource is a collection of 200+ local providers that are licensed to use the localized United Way name and trademark on promotional products (see below). With the branding oversight that accompanies both resources, we are better able to deliver a consistent United Way experience throughout the world.

About Staples Promotional Products

Staples Promotional Products (SPP) operates United Way Store and is a preferred provider for United Way-branded products. It offers more than 200 in-stock items and seemingly endless special-order options. Working in partnership with United Way Worldwide, SPP has created a relevant, brand-aligned offering that balances value, quality, and brand integrity

SPP is a leader in the promotional products industry and holds active brand-merchandising contracts with 125 of the Fortune 500® and more than 40 of the “World’s 100 Most Valuable Brands” (as ranked by Interbrand and Businessweek). The confidence these leading corporations have entrusting their brands to SPP is a testament to its service, controls, and product capabilities.

More than 75% of the United Way network turns to SPP for all, or part, of its branded product needs. It is recommended that United Way Global Corporate Leaders also use SPP to receive the best product selection and pricing. To explore the United Way Store, click here.

Local Vendors

There are more than 200 local vendors that are licensed to use the United Way name and trademarks on branded products. These vendors are also provided brand guidance in using United Way’s visual identity on products.

For those times when United Way Store is not the right fit, you can connect with the below local vendors to assist. Simply connect through the website on the vendor list and express your interest in United Way-branded products. These vendors are authorized to use localized United Way trademarks, and can add corporate logos and custom messaging at your request.
