How to set up direct deposit

  1. Request a Payroll Direct Deposit Form from your employer.
  2. Obtain your checking account number and your bank's routing number.  These numbers are typically found at the bottom left of your checks.
  3. Complete the Direct Deposit Form.  Be sure that your account number and your bank's routing number are correct.
  4. After you submit the completed form to your employer, monitor it for a couple of months to make sure that your paycheck is being automatically transferred to your checking account.
