Kevin T. Middleton serves as President for United Way of Kentucky, which supports the work of Kentucky’s 22 United Ways in their efforts to expand opportunity for all.
Kevin has over 19 years of non-profit expertise, with over a dozen years guiding conversations that lead people and organizations to measurable results. He is a skillful communicator, facilitator, trainer and fund-raiser, and has helped executives, boards and staff shape their work to improve lives. Kevin brings insight, innovation and real-world focus to the strategic vision of the board of directors and provides local United Ways with the information and resources needed to execute their public policy and impact work.
Kevin serves as the administrator for a parent-as-teacher workshop series throughout Kentucky’s elementary schools and administers the Enterprise Holdings and Kentucky Employees Charitable Campaigns. He serves as state liaison for the Kentucky 2-1-1 network, as a member of the Strong Start Kentucky coalition, the Kentucky Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (KYVOAD), and the policy committee for the Kentucky Nonprofit Network. He served on the coalition to expand Kentucky’s Children’s Health Insurance Program, co-created the annual United Way “Live United Day” at the Capitol, and managed the administration of two annual AmeriCorps grants in St. Louis, Missouri. Kevin graduated from Missouri State University with Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1998.
