Molly serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at United Way Worldwide (UWW), providing financial and strategic support to the President and CEO and the Board of Trustees and ensuring UWW’s long-term growth and financial viability. Her focus includes the development and implementation of enhanced financial systems, budgeting and management practices, compliance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and modernization of accounting systems.
Before joining UWW, Molly’s extensive executive experience includes leading finance operations spanning $1 million to $200 million for national and international organizations, including the Northern Illinois Food Bank, Greater Chicago Food Depository, After School Matters, YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, Zonta International, Lithuania for Freedom House, Kenya Visions in Action and UNICEF.
Molly holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. She has also served on the Heartland Alliance Board of Directors and United Way’s Adult Impact Panel and Financial Stability Panel.
