As an Operations Executive with a Doctorate in Business Administration (Temple University), Melinda Hubbard transforms organizations by facilitating cultures of continuous improvement and through leading strategic, turnaround initiatives. She's known as a hands-on leader who consistently exceeds client requirements, long-term goals and KPIs. Her background includes leadership roles across business operations, sales support and centers of excellence for financial services, insurance and consumer-facing environments.
Melinda holds several industry designations including ChFC, CLU and FLMI. She also holds undergraduate degrees in Music and French from Illinois Wesleyan University, an MBA from the University of Cincinnati, and a doctoral degree in Business Administration (DBA) from Temple University where she presented her dissertation entitled, "Where are the Women? An investigation into why women are not attaining top leadership positions in the financial services industry." In 2015, Melinda was recognized by the YWCA as a Rising Star, and has received additional recognition from within her former companies.
Melinda is an advocate for women in the community, serving as a Steering Committee Member of the local Women United, and as a board member of the local Zonta International chapter here in Cincinnati. She is also passionate about the arts, having served on the board of the Blue Ash Montgomery Symphony Orchestra (BAMSO), running her company-wide Artwave Campaign, and volunteering with many of the local theater and music groups.
Melinda and her husband Christopher have three beautiful children who are growing up way too fast.
