Aimee Norasingh is a Senior Relationship Executive with Optum Financial (OF), a line of business of OptumHealth. In this capacity, her primary responsibilities are the delivery of client specific insights necessary to inform compelling strategies to engage and empower their workforce in becoming more efficient and effective consumers of health care, while coordinating across the depth of Optum enterprise assets to bring the tools and resources necessary to deliver to her client’s goals.

Aimee has been a member of the Greater Twin Cities United Way Women United giving community since 2015, serving as chair of the Engagement Committee from 2018 - 2020 and as the GTCUW Women United Chair from 2020 - 2021. Aimee has also been a part of the Thrive Planning Committee to help put on one of GTCUW’s more significant fundraising events, along with sitting as a community member during the 2021-2022 RFP review process for the Greater Twin Cities United Way’s multiyear grant process.

Aimee has a bachelor’s degree from the College of Saint Benedict and a master’s in Business Administration from Augsburg College in Minneapolis. In her free time, Aimee enjoys putting her creative writing skills to work by being a contributor for a local Minnesota blog, Twin Cities Mom Collective, and spending time with her family. She is married to her husband Paul of 12 years and has four sons, ages 11, 10, 10, and 3.
