She Really Cared and it Showed
Ms. Johnella D. Newton is the teacher who changed my life. She was my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade teacher. She took the time to talk to her students and explain things, not only in the classroom, but things we needed to know in the world outside. How important manners are, how to catch the bus, how to interact with each other and those around us. Ms. Newton encouraged us in our studies and in our lives in general. She said we could do anything we set out to do and we did.
