Parent Teacher!
It is so reasuring to know that there have been many other influencial teacher/adults in my sons lives to guide them academically and personally. My favorite is their 5th grade teacher Ms. Knoll. During a teacher/parent conference she individually coached the parents on how to talk with their children about drugs, alcohol and sex. Boy did this ever open up the lines of communication! And my children were prepared to deal with the pressures when they went off to college!
