As Vice President, Human Resources, Stephanie leads the strategic human resources agenda for the convenience and foodservice division She partners with the Division President to develop and implement talent management and organization development strategies to accelerate the growth of the division.
Stephanie joined General Mills in 1996 and has held positions of increasing responsibility across a variety of company functions and divisions including Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Consumer Insights, International and Talent Acquisition.
She holds a Masters degree in Industrial and Labor Relations and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Stephanie is married and the mother of four teenagers. She is passionate about early childhood education and is active in the local United Way Women’s Leadership Council and as a member of the Twin Cities College Possible Board of Directors.
