Vice President, Corporate Communications/MSN/Employee Giving
Margaret is the Vice President of Corporate Communications, Macy’s Satellite Network & Employee Giving for Macy’s Inc. Margaret has been a part of the Macy’s family for over 20 years in a variety of executive positions from running store operations to credit marketing. She is currently Vice President of Corporate Commination’s/ Macy’s Satellite Network and Employee Giving, a position she has held for seven years. In this capacity, she executes all communication vehicles. Margaret is the executive producer of business recognition meetings and oversees the Macy’s Satellite Network, which broadcasts messages from the executive management team and principals to all of our 160,000 employees
Margaret also leads Partners in Time, the company’s employee volunteer program for all 800 Macy’s store locations and corporate offices. A key element of this position is to partner with non-profit organizations that align with the integrity of the Macy’s corporate culture. Employee volunteerism and corporate giving are closely connected in order to make a significant impact to our employees, as well as to our customers. A key element of giving back is through Macy’s annual giving campaign that benefits United Way and their affiliate agencies coast to coast. Margaret implements the systematic execution of this $11 Million annual campaign.
