Irv Katz is President and CEO of the National Human Services Assembly, and he has a unique perspective on the potential for child, youth and human development organizations to positively impact education. Irv recently wrote an editorial in which he argues that people in the human service and youth development communities need to be integral parts of the solution to our nation’s education challenges.
