Living a healthy life doesn't need to be complicated. Here are six simple tips for healthy living that apply to kids and adults alike.

Eat a healthy breakfast: Start the day off right by eating a nutritious breakfast every day. Try to include whole grains, protein, and a piece of fruit as often as possible. A healthy breakfast provides energy for your brain and body, helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels, and reduces the likelihood of food cravings and unhealthy food choices later in the day.
