Rosemary Schlachter is a Cincinnati native, operates an anti-aging/wellness business and has worked as a fund raising consultant and development officer since1980.  An active community volunteer, Ms. Schlachter has served as President of the Cincinnati Symphony Association, the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra, Cincinnati Ballet, Bayley, United Way Foundation, Madcap Productions and the Enjoy the Arts Boards of Directors, the Cincinnati Art Museum Women’s Committee, and numerous Greater Cincinnati fundraising events.  She has also served on the Boards of United Way, the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra, the Cincinnati Ballet, the Cincinnati Opera Guild, the National Society of Fund Raising Executives, Historic Southwest Ohio, the American Heart Association, Cincinnati Area Senior Services, and Mercy Neighborhood Ministries, among others. 

A 1993 Cincinnati Enquirer Woman of the Year, 1995 Post-Corbett Award co-recipient, 2003 United Way Geier Family Leadership Award recipient, a 2008 Spirit of Mercy Award recipient, a 2009 Boy Scouts of America Silver Beaver award recipient, 2011 Bayley Diamond Tribute Award recipient and member of Leadership Cincinnati Class XXIV, Schlachter lives in western Cincinnati with her husband, Mark, and has four children:  Abby, Kurt, Kameron and Max, and grandchildren Brody and Kalli.
