Natali Justiniano Pahl is a results driven executive with experience leading complex programs and new strategies to successful outcomes. She has more than 25 years of experience managing a broad range of human resource functional areas. Natali serves as an Assistant Vice President, Team Member Development for the EMC Insurance Companies leading people development strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of talent to drive transformational change. Prior to joining EMC, she held various executive, management and individual contributor roles at Principal Financial Group, Wells Fargo, and Amoco Oil Company.

Natali holds a Master of Business Administration from Drake University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Northern Iowa, and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. She is an active leader, volunteer, and advocate on the local and national/global level for education, financial stability, and human rights. Natali served as the chair of Women United (formerly WLC) of Central Iowa United Way for three years and as a member of the United Way of Central Iowa Income Cabinet, Iowa Public Policy Committee, and Tocqueville Campaign Committee. She was selected as one of 24 women to represent over 70,000 women in 160 countries as a member of the United Way Worldwide Women United Global Leadership Council. Natali was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of One Iowa as an ally. She is also a member of several other local boards and serves as a proud military wife.

Natali is a second-generation Latinx and resides in Des Moines, Iowa with her husband and two children. During her spare time, she enjoys watching sports, attending performing arts and practicing Taekwondo where she is a 3rd Dan Blackbelt.
